For shipping in Europe I use Hermes, it takes normally 2 days for shipment in Germany (4,30 € including tracking), 4-5 days for rest of Europe (9,90€-11,25€ including tracking).

For shipment in the USA I use DHL, it takes up to one week (15,89€ including tracking)
